this lady sent me for a token 12 {sic} \14/ fyne handkerchers.

telleth me yt Sr Iohn vnderhill continueth deafe & cānot heare at all. craveth my poer prayers.

Intendeth to goe to her mothers to see wheather the fresh ayer will recoaver him for no physick doth him good

I told her yt she should be ill the 3 of Iune sep a ap et post sep a ap ap {sic} & about h 11: at night was likely to be choaked wth a pill yt was given her to keepe her from swounding
